Dear Coaches:

The ECYSA Board extends a warm welcome for your participation in our annual Friendship Jamboree on Saturday June 16, 2012 at The Peabody Fields complex. Directions for the fields can be found at www.ecysa2.org. This should be a fun day of soccer for all teams participating.

There are no costs for ECYSA teams unless they do not appear on game day. If a team does not appear the town will be charged a $150 penalty fee.

Teams will be placed as competitively possible based on entrants..

Please arrive at the fields at least 30 minutes before your scheduled game time. Check in at the Registration tent. Bring with you your player pass cards for the Spring 2012 season for all participating players.

The Peabody Youth Soccer Association will be running their food concession stand, offering donuts, hot dogs, pizza, drinks and snacks.

NO EASY-UP OR SIMILAR TENTS AT THE FACILITY.

NO PETS AT THE FACILITY.

Teams may register on the ECYSA website from May 11, 2012 to June 9, 2012
