Town Directors and New Coaches Meetings |

Town Directors:

| ECYSA fall season meeting with Town Directors has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 31
at the Polish Club in Danvers. The meeting will be held in the small meeting room in the
left corner of the building. Meeting starts at 7:30 PM. Agenda for the meeting will include
discussion of any new policies or procedures for the fall season and distribution of team
packages to each Town Director. |
Please note: in order for any adds, drops, transfers and/or ID cards to be included
in the team packages distributed on the 31st, submittal must be made to ECYSA Registrar
Janet Gargan no later than Thursday, August 26.

| Similar to prior seasons, ECYSA will also conduct a meeting for NEW coaches to ECYSA
on the same date, August 31, and location, the Danvers Polish Club. This meeting will take
place in the main function hall of the Polish Club (main entrance). Coaches should plan to
check in between 7:00 – 7:30 PM (we will have Spring Handbooks for coaches to review) and
the meeting will start promptly at 7:30. While this meeting is voluntary, we strongly
recommend that you urge your NEW coaches, those without any prior coaching experience in
ECYSA, to attend. The meeting is a great opportunity for new coaches to become familiar with
the operating procedures of the league and ask questions. Over the years, we have found that
this meeting has great benefit to help coaches to understand their requirements in coaching
within ECYSA. |
The Danvers Polish Club is located at 12 Cheever Street, Danvers, 01923. Directions can be
obtained from the ECYSA web site (ww.ecysa2.org), MAP section under the Danvers page. Parking
is limited, so car pooling is highly recommended.
